Jordan has a background in dance and physical culture having danced since the age of 4 and competing for over 11 years!

She found Pilates around 3 years ago whilst searching for another form of exercise after she stopped dancing competitively and she immediately fell in love with it and decided to further her training! She holds her certification through Breathe Education.

Her favourite exercise to do is the teaser and her favourite exercise to teach is anything side lying leg related so be prepared to feel the burn when you attend one of her classes!
