How long do I have to use my casual visit or passes?

All casual Reformer visits expire 1 month after the purchase date, All 5-10 visit Reformer and Express Reformer passes expire 3 months after the purchase date.

What is the expiry on all Introductory Passes?

Our Introductory Passes to Reformer, Express Reformer & Group Fitness/Mums & Bubs have a 14 day expiry from the date of purchase.

How do I book classes?

To book a class through the Mind Body App, you will need to create a profile with a username and password, or you can download the app to your device.

If you download the app, search for Fitness Fix Pilates & Personal Training to see our classes, book a session and pay online via our many payments options available. If you have trouble booking please contact the studio.

During Mums and Bubs classes, do we interact with the bubs?

In some of our classes, the bubs can join in on the workout or carriers can be used. We have the space for prams, capsules or play mats also depending on your bubs needs! A toy box full of pre loved toys is kept at the studio for the older, more curious bubs to play with as they wish and we are always taking donations!

Can we bring food to Mums and Bubs classes?

Yes but we ask to keep in mind food allergies (especially peanuts) and preferably nothing too messy to clean up.

Is there an age limit on bubs in Mums and Bubs classes?

6-8 weeks+. We tend to have a range of ages during school holidays.

How many people are usually in classes?

Our Reformer Pilates class has a maximum of 6 ladies, and our Group Fitness Classes have a maximum of 7 ladies.
