Reformer Pilates is perfect for developing core and overall body strength, long and lean muscles and improves balance, movement control, and flexibility by working on those deep stabilising muscles.


All sessions specifically catered to client/s needs and goals and can either be one on one with a trainer, buddy or with a small group of 2-4. Sessions can be booked online or contact the studio to arrange a session.
