Reformer Pilates

A Pilates Reformer is a platform which moves along a carriage and uses resistance from both body weight as well as a range of different spring resistances which are connected to one end of the carriage.

Reformer Pilates is perfect for developing core and overall body strength, long and lean muscles and improves balance, movement control and flexibility by working on those deep stabilising muscles. Reformer Pilates is great for those returning from an injury, suitable for all ages and fitness levels with all classes easily adapted to suit individual needs and/or goals.

Small equipment: small balls, sticks, Thera bands, circles and hand weights maybe used during some sessions to add additional resistance for more of a challenge.

Beginner classes are also offered for those who are interested in trialling out a class or have done a session before but may not be feeling comfortable with the equipment. We offer both 50 Minute Reformer and 45 Minute Express Reformer Pilates classes.

JUMP Reformer


A class dedicated to working the core and the booty using the Jump Boards, various pilates props and Reformer machines! This workout will get your heart rate up, the lactic acid flowing and the sweaty glow happening both during and after the class. Expect to do a lot of core and booty combinations as well as jumping all designed to challenge your strength, balance, and cardio fitness leaving you longer, stronger and fitter! 

HIIT Pilates Circuit


A 45 minute workout combining cardio & strength movements on the mat with our Reformer Pilates machines designed to challenge your cardio fitness whilst working strength and length through pilates and HIIT/strength based exercises. A mix of pilates props and body weight coupled with the machines for a total body workout leaving you with a sweaty glow on the way out of the studio! All fitness levels welcome, both low and high impact options are offered throughout!
