Our personal training can be done with a buddy, one on one, or as a small group.

Available in sessions of:
> 30 minutes
> 45 minutes
> 60 minutes

All sessions are specifically catered to client/s needs and goals and can either be one on one or discuss the option for Buddy PT or Small Group PT (3-4 people) sessions with a trainer.
