Group Fitness Classes

Our small group training classes are designed to make you sweat, raise the heart rate and tone your body from head to toe.

With a few 45 minute workouts on offer, our focus is to combine both cardio with resistance training to build both strength as well as fitness in a fun and supportive environment. All ages and fitness levels are welcome as modifications are always offered and we encourage you to work at the level that is best for you!

HIIT Pilates Circuit


A 45 minute workout combining cardio & strength movements on the mat with our Reformer Pilates machines designed to challenge your cardio fitness whilst working strength and length through pilates and HIIT/strength based exercises. A mix of pilates props and body weight coupled with the machines for a total body workout leaving you with a sweaty glow on the way out of the studio! All fitness levels welcome, both low and high impact options are offered throughout!

HIIT Circuit


Our HIIT Circuit classes are designed to make you sweat, raise the heart rate and tone your body from head to toe. A high energy blend of exercises using both resistance and body weight to create a unique and challenging workout for your entire body and leave you feeling stronger and fitter!
