Reformer Pilates for Mums

Small group training sessions running from Monday-Friday, giving Mums and their bubs the opportunity to work out in a fun, social and supportive environment whilst regaining their fitness, strength and confidence to move after their little one/s.

As well as our specific Mums and Bubs classes to provide a way mums can move and socialise with other women; we also welcome Mums and their little ones in ALL classes to ensure they aren’t limited with times!

As our Pilates classes are run predominantly on the Reformer Pilates machines, we do recommend that you have doctor’s clearance to exercise before attending any classes at our studio due to safety and health reasons. If you have any questions or concerns please contact the studio.

Please note: Mums and Bubs and Group Fitness are combined under the one heading so passes can be used to book these classes.


Pre-Natal Mums with Bumps

As Pilates is known to be one of the best forms of movement for women both during and post pregnancy, as it is low impact aiming to build both strength and create length and relaxation through connecting movement to breath. It is for these reasons, we are pleased to offer a class dedicated for our mamas to be and to help support these women throughout their pregnancy journey and beyond by keeping them moving safely and comfortably. Please ensure you have doctors approval before attending classes!

To ensure our Mums to be have many class time options available to them, we welcome our prenatal clients in ALL classes on our timetable.

NOTE: We recommend after 20 weeks to avoid our JUMP and HIIT classes.
