Group Fitness Classes

Our small group training classes are designed to make you sweat, raise the heart rate and tone your body from head to toe.

With a few 45 minute workouts on offer, our focus is to combine both cardio with resistance training to build both strength as well as fitness in a fun and supportive environment. All ages and fitness levels are welcome as modifications are always offered and we encourage you to work at the level that is best for you!

HIIT Pilates Circuit

With a combo of reformer & mat exercises expect to feel the burn & sweat it out! This class is perfect for you if you are looking to increase strength, improve your cardiovascular health & love to ramp up the intensity.

Think.... resistance & cardio based bursts using all of your favourite props.
